Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders ship out of the USA. Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to ship out (up to 5-10 business days during sale periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.

Returns: All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please email contactus@lunachendi.com to initiate a return, and please write "Return" in the subject line.
