Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition & packaging that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at contactus@lunachendi.com and we will organise a replacement for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or applied as a store credit.

Returns: All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. If a product is received defective or damaged, Luna Chéndi will cover the cost of the return and supply the customer with a prepaid return label and offer a replacement. All items must be in their original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please email contactus@lunachendi.com to initiate a return.
